The prowital- implant system is optimally connected to the CAD/CAM-System ZENO^® Tec, thereby providing for the possibility to use individual zirconium abutments, tooth crowns and dental bridges from different materials.

A scanning unit is placed upon the lab implant master cast (universal application thanks to the identical inner connection of all implant diameters; transportation, incl., lab screw).

After scanning of the master cast the software automatically establishes the „four“ – dimension orientation of the implant (position in the coordination system and alignment of the internal connection (picture 11).

Therefore the software can be used to obtain the individual shape of the emergence profile (picture 12) and the construction of the supragingival part (picture 13), in addition the bite registration or the opposing jaw can be scanned alongside.

Individual abutments can be colored in before sintering (picture 14).

After sintering individual abutments are glued upon a titanium base.

The modeling and production of the all-ceramic crown and bridge can take place simultaneously or after try-in of the individual abutment.
